To initiate a return follow these instructions: 1. 2. All returns are subject to inspection. Customers with approved returns will receive a “Return Authorization” number (RA#) and instructions on how to ship the product back. Return Authorization numbers will ensure that a return is processed. Any products returned without a Return Authorization number (RA#) will not be accepted and returned to sender. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization number . After 30 days the Return Authorization number expires and they are non-renewable.

3. Unopened Merchandise: Unopened merchandise is merchandise that has not been removed from the manufacturer’s original packaging, and the factory seal is not broken. All Customer Service approved returns of unopened merchandise are subject to inspection before a refund is given. This may or may not be listed on the product page. All free gifts or bonus packs received due to the purchase of the item being returned must also be returned at the same time.
4. Opened Merchandise: Opened merchandise that is approved for a return by Customer Service must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging with Styrofoam/ cardboard/ plastic packing, warranty card, instruction manual, and all included accessories. All opened merchandise will be inspected for normal wear and tear. Electric Shave Club shavers are not intended for commercial use. This may or may not be indicated on the product page. All free gifts or bonus packs received due to the purchase of the item being returned must also be returned at the same time.
5. Shipping Damage: Please inspect your package when it arrives. Signatures on any delivery receipts are legal acceptance of the condition of the product. If you suspect damage and are unable to open the box at the time of delivery then it is best to indicate “possible concealed damage” on the receipt.
You must Contact Customer Service within 5 business days if you notice any damage. Please DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. Make sure to keep all the original packaging.

6. Factory Defects: You must contact Customer Service within 30 days of the delivery date if you believe any part of the merchandise is defective. It can then be determined if the problem is a manufacturer defect in material and workmanship.
7. Returns Due to Our Error:
You must contact Customer Service within 30 days of the delivery date if you believe that you received incorrect items received due to “our” error.
8. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise arrived damaged or factory defective. Any returns purchased originally with Free Shipping will have the outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is given.
9. Refunds: Returns inspected and approved by Customer Service for a refund will be credited via the original form of payment minus any shipping charges or restocking fees that may apply. The issuing credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected on your statement and the time can vary.
